Back bends
This is how to do a back walk over
There is thousands of ways to practice this trick and is super impressive !
first you spread your legs apart this will help you go back easer .
Then you look at your hands and go back
After that you shift your weight forward this will help you kick over
Then you jump and kick over

5 Tips for the Perfect Backhandspring
Back handsprings (commonly known as backflips)are very impressive and fun. Here are some tips on how to perfect it.
1. You don't want to jump too high, but you don't want to jump too low. It has to be in the middle.
2. Keep your hands straight and strong. This helps you get a good landing so you don't hit your head. (that would really hurt!)
3. Keep your legs straight, and don't bend them. This looks better and helps you go higher.
4. Make sure you throw your legs up fast and hard. This gives you a rebound to do other tricks (going into triple flips, etc.)
5. Keep your hands straight up vertically, not bent in horizontally. This helps you not to bend your arms. Have fun on your backhandsprings!
