Its important to be in the right clothing and to do the right stretching . So lets start with what to wear I wear a leotard with boody shorts and a high pony tail or bun but you can wear anything tight .
So now for stretching . Its important to warm up your back, wrist, legs, and arms .So to warm up your arms you can do wind mills. and for you wrist you can do a back bend like in the pic that will warm up your legs too!
